These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by Owaza Martial Arts, operated by JIM RIVERA LLC, 14726 County Line Rd, Spring Hill, FL 34610, from our dojo texting number (866) 293-0888.
What we text
- Staff lead alerts: new trial-class inquiries sent to opted-in staff, with at most one reminder per inquiry.
- Replies to your inquiry: a confirmation and booking details after you ask about a class.
- Trial-class and appointment reminders.
- Closure and weather alerts.
- Belt-test, seminar and tournament reminders.
- Payment reminders for members with an active account.
- Conversations: replies when you text the dojo.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts under these terms.
How you opt in
Students, parents, guardians and prospective students opt in by checking the texting consent box on our website trial or contact form, our Facebook lead form, or our enrollment and member forms. Staff opt in by signing our lead-alert opt-in form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of enrolling at the dojo.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a few texts a month. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
